You must be 18 or over to buy from us. By buying, you confirm you are.

The A.I. Tool Academy Welcome Pack, with the internal subtitle The UK Small Business AI Prompt Pack, includes 104 prompts, made up of 100 core prompts plus 4 UK admin prompts, and supporting resources. It is sold for £29 as a one-off payment. After payment you get private, expiring links to PDF and copy-paste versions. You can return to your confirmation page for fresh links.

You get a personal licence to use the prompts in your own business, including with your team. You may not resell, republish or share the PDF itself.

Before paying you confirm: "I want immediate access and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download starts." Refunds and faulty files are covered in our Refund policy.

Service messages connected with your purchase or membership are separate from optional marketing. We only send marketing where you have given consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our services are the deep company audit (£2,000), the one-day workshop and seminar (£875 plus £30 per person) and the one-to-one personalised training day (£600). Prices are shown at checkout.

A paid booking covers the service shown at checkout. We agree dates, location and any scope details with you by email. Anything beyond that scope is agreed separately, in writing. You agree to give us the access and information we reasonably need to deliver the service.

An enquiry does not create a contract or take payment. Cancellations are covered in our Refund policy.

Our prompts, training and reports are practical guidance on using AI tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, employment or other regulated advice. AI output can be wrong, so check anything important and use a qualified professional where needed.

Please do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or submit false information through its forms.

The A.I. Tool Academy name, site content, prompt pack and training materials belong to us or our licensors. You may quote reasonably and share links, but not copy or resell our materials as your own.

We provide our products and services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. For business customers, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
