Refund Policy

The A.I. Tool Academy Welcome Pack is digital content supplied as PDF and copy-paste versions. At checkout you confirm: "I want immediate access and understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download starts."

If you have not started the download, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email neovanguardholdings@gmail.com with your receipt. We check our download records and refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days.

Once the download has started, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies. If the file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, tell us and we will replace it. If a replacement does not fix the problem, we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Membership has no separate monthly fee to refund.

You can cancel a paid booking within 14 days of paying for a full refund, unless you asked us to start work within that period. If we have started at your request, we refund the amount paid less a fair charge for the work already done.

After 14 days, if you need to cancel, tell us at least 7 days before the scheduled date and we will offer a new date or a refund less any costs we cannot recover. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new date of your choice.
